Topic #5: Ben Franklin's Statement & Cullen Nash's Agreement

"When the well's dry, we know the worth of water."

Benjamin Franklin, Poor Richard's Almanac

I have to look on this to see what it means. Looks like he's saying that when we have a passion that disappears quickly, we need to realize that we need to ration it for more special occasions so that we will have plenty of it to make us feel satisfied. I definitely agree with him, but I have problems with it, because I am horrible at keeping up with it.
These two weeks have started out very stressful, but it was well worth it because I got retakes on my tests which I did much better on, so I feel quite better, but I still have a whole load of homework.
Two blogs to comment on: Becca Butler of Ms. Hollrah's class: she seems to be getting boyfans among this kid Cody who asked her to the homecoming. Ao! Second: Elli Burns. She seems to be having loads of fun at Anderson, getting to go to dance with a lotalaffs. Good luck to her.
