I've only been to Hollywood once, which is about the most fun vacation I've been on yet. Although it ended unsatisfyingly, I was moved to discover the atmosphere of the wondrous scenery of Universal and the Heights. If there's one thing I want to do more than anything else for a living, it's make movies.
I've written a script entitled Detective Mappletroth, about an insane policeman who arrests three guys and locks them in his bathroom for not giving him alcohol. He has to keep his secret from his chief, because he wants to keep them; he's never arrested somebody before or had their sentence carried out. I'm thinking about rewriting it: it's extremely lowbrow when it tries to be funny and is more funny when it's being insane, which doesn't really mix. After I finish, I'm going to write (although I need to get permission from the public) a script called Little Mister Bucket & the Beauty Guru about two jealous filmmakers who join on their rivals Sam Mendes and Michael Arndt for a project to win Oscars. The end is totally absurd and a little cruel, but it's original and neat.
I'm gonna do a lot of homework this week. I went to the U.T. Basketball opening and watched them crush the other guys.

Post 6: Diego Rivera

Diego Rivera is one of the most memorable icons in the world of art. I chose him because I was assigned on him for a South American project, which brought me to historical knowledge. He had a permanent passion for painting and drawing from the age of 10, and studied at many Mexican art academies. He was long married to idolizer painter Frida Kahlo, who relentlessly admired him and his work. For the rest of his life, he painted and worked for the City College in San Francisco.

My week is starting to get kind of stressful. I have received a substantial amount of homework that I missed on Thursday, which I need to finish. But I have gotten a few assignments done, so I shouldn't really worry. However, I have started on my group PSA, which is starting out fun.
